However, I can tell where a commenter is posting a comment from by the commenter’s IP address. For example, I can tell you are in New Jersey right now.
In this blog, I’ve already found at least 5 South Korean residents PRETENDING to be Japanese, Canadians and Americans…
It is called “I’m Zapanese“. Only Koreans do such a thing as long as I know. See this comment. The first commenter is just pretending to be a Japanese. The IP address (61.32.117.1*) suggests that he/she wrote that from South Korea.
